1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and WealthNow ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the WealthNow application, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Description

WealthNow is a personal finance visualization and manifestation tool — a digital vision board in a banking interface format. It is designed for entertainment, educational, motivational, and creative purposes. Users create their desired financial reality by entering arbitrary display content — numbers, names, and descriptions — that represent their aspirations, not their actual finances.

WealthNow is not a bank, financial institution, money service business, payment processor, or licensed financial advisor. The Service does not hold, transfer, or process real money. It does not connect to any banking system, payment network, or financial infrastructure. All account balances, transactions, and display content shown within the Service are entirely user-created and user-controlled.

The Service provides a visual interface that allows users to:

• Create and customize visual account displays
• Enter and organize user-created entries manually
• Visualize aspirational balances and lifestyle patterns
• Generate demonstration screens for motivational, educational, or portfolio purposes

No data entered into WealthNow is verified, validated, or authenticated against any external source. The Service makes no representation that any information displayed reflects actual financial positions, real transactions, or genuine banking relationships.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Account Registration and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with third parties
• Notify us immediately at if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account
• Accept sole responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all data you enter into the Service

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

This section constitutes the Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") for the Service. Compliance with this AUP is a material condition of your right to use the Service. Violation of this AUP may result in immediate account termination without notice or refund.

5.1. Permitted Uses

The Service is intended exclusively for the following purposes:

• Personal visualization: Creating custom visualizations of your aspirations and goals for personal motivation
• Education and learning: Understanding banking interfaces, financial concepts, and personal visualization
• Demonstration and portfolio: Showcasing UI/UX design capabilities, app development skills, or financial literacy knowledge in a clearly labeled context
• Entertainment: Personal amusement, novelty use, and non-deceptive social sharing where the simulated nature of the content is apparent
• UI/UX prototyping: Using the interface as a reference or inspiration for design work
• Content creation: Creating clearly fictional or illustrative content for blogs, videos, or presentations where the simulated nature is disclosed

5.2. Prohibited Uses

You expressly agree that you will NOT use the Service, or any output generated by the Service (including but not limited to screenshots, exports, PDFs, or screen recordings), for any of the following purposes:

1. Misrepresentation as genuine financial documents. Presenting, distributing, or sharing WealthNow screens, screenshots, exports, or any output as genuine bank statements, account summaries, transaction records, or financial documents issued by a real financial institution.
2. Fraudulent applications. Using any output from the Service to apply for, support, or substantiate applications for loans, mortgages, lines of credit, credit cards, rental or lease agreements, visa or immigration applications, employment verification, government benefits, or any other purpose where proof of financial status is required.
3. Submission to authorities or institutions. Submitting or presenting WealthNow output to government agencies, regulatory bodies, courts of law, tax authorities, financial institutions, insurance companies, landlords, employers, or any other entity as evidence of financial status, income, or banking relationships.
4. Impersonation of financial institutions. Using the Service to impersonate, imitate, or create the false impression of being affiliated with any bank, credit union, payment processor, fintech company, or any other licensed financial institution.
5. Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation. Any form of fraud, deception, misrepresentation, or dishonest conduct directed at third parties, including but not limited to: creating fake proof of funds, fabricating transaction histories, or deceiving any person or entity about your financial position.
6. Circumvention of security measures. Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security features, access controls, rate limiting, anti-bot protections, or other technical safeguards implemented in the Service.
7. Automated or bulk access. Using bots, scrapers, automated scripts, or any non-human means to access the Service, create accounts, or generate content at scale without prior written authorization.
8. Reverse engineering. Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or attempting to derive the source code of the Service, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
9. Resale or redistribution. Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the Service or its output for commercial gain without our prior written consent.
10. Illegal activity. Using the Service in connection with any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations, including but not limited to money laundering, tax evasion, identity theft, or terrorism financing.

5.3. Enforcement and Consequences

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to take any of the following actions if we determine or reasonably suspect that you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy:

• Immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice and without refund of any subscription fees paid
• Permanent ban from creating new accounts or accessing the Service
• Preservation and disclosure of account data (including IP addresses, usage logs, account content, and any other relevant information) to law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, or other governmental bodies upon receipt of a valid legal request, subpoena, court order, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm or illegal activity
• Cooperation with law enforcement investigations related to suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or other criminal activity involving the Service
• Pursuit of legal remedies including injunctive relief and monetary damages

5.4. User Acknowledgment

By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Misuse of the Service as described in Section 5.2 may constitute a criminal offense under applicable laws, including but not limited to laws governing fraud, forgery, identity theft, and misrepresentation
• WealthNow output does not constitute, and should never be presented as, an official financial document, bank statement, or proof of funds
• You bear sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• WealthNow bears no responsibility for any consequences arising from your misuse of the Service or its output

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1. Subscription Plans

The Service may offer free and paid subscription plans. Features, limitations, and pricing for each plan are described on our pricing page and may change from time to time.

6.2. Payment Processing & Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as our merchant of record. This means Dodo Payments handles the transaction, collects applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) on our behalf, and issues invoices and receipts. By subscribing to a paid plan, you also agree to Dodo Payments' Terms of Service. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

6.3. Billing and Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your designated payment method for each recurring billing cycle.

6.4. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will take effect no sooner than 30 days after we provide notice to you via email or through an in-app notification. Your continued use of a paid plan after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new pricing. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you must cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

6.5. Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental levies associated with your use of the Service, except for taxes based on our net income.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1. Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that period expires, your account will revert to the free plan (if available) or be deactivated.

7.2. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis, for example in the event of a technical error that prevented you from using the Service. Refund requests may be submitted to .

7.3. Termination for Violation

If your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, you are not entitled to any refund of subscription fees, whether for the current billing period or any pre-paid future periods.

8. Data Ownership and Portability

8.1. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including account names, user-created entries, balances, notes, and any other user-generated content ("User Data"). We claim no ownership rights over your User Data.

8.2. License to Process

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to store, process, and display your User Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This license terminates when you delete your data or your account.

8.3. Data Export

You may export your User Data at any time through the features provided in the Service. We are committed to data portability and will not hold your data hostage.

8.4. Data Deletion

You may delete individual records or your entire account at any time. Upon account deletion, all User Data will be permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary for the resolution of disputes. We recommend exporting your data before account deletion.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, source code, visual elements, trademarks ("WealthNow" name and logo), documentation, and all underlying technology, is the exclusive property of WealthNow and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

9.2. Your Content

As stated in Section 8, you retain all rights to User Data you enter into the Service. The visual presentation of your data within the WealthNow interface (including UI layouts, styling, and design elements) remains our intellectual property.

9.3. Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, you grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into the Service without any obligation to you.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or data displayed through the Service
• Warranties that the Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations

WealthNow is not a financial institution and does not provide financial advice. Any data displayed within the Service reflects only what you have manually entered and should not be relied upon for financial decision-making. You acknowledge that the Service is an entertainment and visualization tool and that you use it entirely at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WEALTHNOW, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Damages arising from any third party's actions or conduct in connection with the Service
• Any consequences arising from your misuse of the Service or its output in violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have actually paid to WealthNow for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you have not made any payments, our maximum liability shall not exceed ten euros (EUR 10.00).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WealthNow, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Any misrepresentation made by you using the Service or its output, including but not limited to presenting WealthNow content as genuine financial documentation
• Any claim by a third party that was harmed, deceived, or defrauded as a result of your use of the Service
• Any investigation, enforcement action, or legal proceeding initiated by a government body or regulatory authority as a result of your conduct
• Your negligence or willful misconduct in connection with the Service

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your account and these Terms.

13. Termination

13.1. Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the account settings or by contacting us at . Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately (subject to any remaining paid subscription period).

13.2. Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have violated these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable law
• Your account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Continued provision of the Service to you poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties
• We are required to do so by law or a valid legal process

13.3. Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your license to use the Service immediately ceases. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including but not limited to: Acceptable Use Policy (Section 5), Disclaimer of Warranties (Section 10), Limitation of Liability (Section 11), Indemnification (Section 12), and Governing Law (Section 14).

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of your residence, provided that nothing in these Terms shall limit any consumer protection rights that may apply to you under mandatory local law. For users in the European Union, EU consumer protection regulations shall apply.

14.2. Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

14.3. Jurisdiction

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the user's country of residence, or, where applicable, the courts of the European Union member state where the user is domiciled.

14.4. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance through one or more of the following methods:

• Email notification to the address associated with your account
• A prominent notice within the Service
• An update to the "Effective date" at the top of this page

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account before the changes take effect.
