Disclaimer

Effective date: May 2026

Please read this disclaimer carefully before using WealthNow. By accessing or using any part of the WealthNow application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this disclaimer in its entirety.

1. What WealthNow Is

WealthNow is a personal finance visualization and manifestation tool — a digital vision board in a banking interface format. It is designed exclusively for entertainment, educational, motivational, and creative purposes.

WealthNow allows users to:

  • Visualize hypothetical financial scenarios (e.g., “what would my account look like if I saved X per month?”)
  • Create personal visualizations in a creative, visually appealing interface
  • Demonstrate banking user-interface concepts for design portfolios, presentations, or educational materials
  • Explore financial literacy concepts in a safe, simulated environment

All information displayed within WealthNow is user-generated fiction. No data within the application originates from, is verified by, or is connected to any real financial institution, payment processor, or banking system.

2. What WealthNow Is NOT

To avoid any ambiguity, the following statements are made explicitly and without reservation:

  • WealthNow is NOT a bank, credit union, savings institution, money service business, payment processor, or financial institution of any kind.
  • WealthNow is NOT licensed, regulated, chartered, or supervised by any financial regulatory authority, including but not limited to the FDIC, FCA, ECB, BaFin, SEC, FINMA, or any equivalent body in any jurisdiction.
  • WealthNow is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any real bank, financial services provider, fintech company, or payment network (including but not limited to Visa, Mastercard, SWIFT, or any named or unnamed financial entity).
  • WealthNow does NOT access, connect to, or interface with any real banking systems, APIs, payment networks, credit bureaus, or financial data providers.
  • WealthNow does NOT process, store, or transmit real financial account data. No real bank account numbers, sort codes, routing numbers, or payment credentials are used or stored by this application.
  • WealthNow does NOT provide financial advice, investment guidance, tax advice, or banking services of any kind. Nothing displayed in this application should be construed as financial advice.
  • All data displayed within WealthNow is manually entered by the user or generated by the application for demonstration purposes. It does not represent real financial information, real account balances, real transactions, or real financial positions.

3. Intended Use

WealthNow is intended solely for the following lawful purposes:

  1. Entertainment — exploring a realistic banking interface for personal enjoyment or curiosity.
  2. Education — learning about banking interfaces, financial terminology, and personal finance concepts in a risk-free simulated environment.
  3. Personal visualization — creating visual representations of personal aspirations, savings targets, or lifestyle goals for private use only.
  4. UI/UX design prototyping — using the interface as a reference or inspiration for financial application design work.
  5. Manifestation and goal visualization — motivational visualization of aspirational targets or lifestyle milestones for personal use.
  6. Demonstration and presentation — showcasing banking UI patterns in design reviews, academic presentations, or technology demonstrations where all parties are aware the data is fictional.

Any use beyond these stated purposes is at the user’s sole risk and responsibility.

4. Prohibited Use

The following uses of WealthNow are strictly and expressly prohibited. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, referral to law enforcement, and civil or criminal liability:

  1. Presenting output as genuine financial documents. Presenting any WealthNow screen, screenshot, screen recording, export, printout, or other output as a genuine bank statement, account summary, transaction record, balance confirmation, proof of funds, or any other authentic financial document.
  2. Submitting output to institutions as proof of financial status. Submitting or providing WealthNow output to any institution, entity, or person — including but not limited to banks, government agencies, courts, law enforcement, employers, landlords, letting agents, immigration authorities, visa processing centers, tax authorities, insurance companies, educational institutions, or notaries — as proof of income, proof of assets, proof of employment, proof of financial status, or as support for any application or claim of any kind.
  3. Supporting applications for credit, housing, employment, or benefits. Using WealthNow to apply for, support, substantiate, or strengthen applications for loans, mortgages, credit cards, lines of credit, overdrafts, rental agreements, lease agreements, employment positions, visas, residence permits, government benefits, social assistance, insurance policies, or any other product or service that requires verification of financial status.
  4. Deception about financial status. Sharing WealthNow screenshots, exports, screen recordings, or any other output with the intent to deceive, mislead, or misrepresent one’s financial status, income, assets, or banking relationships to any person, organization, or automated system.
  5. Facilitating fraud or financial crime. Using WealthNow to facilitate, support, prepare for, or engage in any form of fraud, forgery, counterfeiting, identity theft, money laundering, tax evasion, or any other financial crime or illegal activity.
  6. Tampering with disclaimers or identifiers. Removing, obscuring, cropping, editing, or otherwise altering any disclaimer notices, watermarks, application identifiers, or other indicators within WealthNow that identify it as a simulation or demonstration tool.

This list is not exhaustive. Any use of WealthNow that involves dishonesty, deception, or misrepresentation regarding financial status is prohibited regardless of whether it is specifically enumerated above.
